Holistic therapies to help you relax,
rehabilitate and realign
The Spring Rooms is an holistic therapy space offering many different therapies to help you restore good health and wellbeing for the days ahead.
A little notice about our surroundings
There will be some building works taking place in a neighbouring property from the end of November up until Christmas and may be into the first week of January, so you may hear some noise during your visit. I've adjusted our appointment diary to minimise this wherever possible, however earlier appointments may still be available on request.
We will remain very much open as usual and look forward to welcoming you! If you have any questions, please just get in touch.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Deborah.
